We are now looking for a Data Scientist to join our data science team to expand our products and work tightly with the development team and our customers. We are growing at a fast pace, which enables tailoring the kind of role that aligns with your career goals.

Key responsibilities as our new Data Scientist

  • Extract, process, validate and analyse data originating from multiple systems and hospitals.
  • Build, train and maintain machine learning algorithms and statistical models for our products within the healthcare sector, ensuring our technology meets the high standards required for patient data protection and privacy.
  • Actively work alongside our team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to elevate the technical capabilities of our team, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team alongside UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  • Able to communicate complex results in a clear and concise manner to both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python, including most common packages like numpy and pandas
  • Acknowledging the importance of code quality and seeing how testing and code review can help achieve this
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Plotly/Dash (preferred), matplotlib, ggplot
  • Good understanding of applied statistics, including regression, classification, distributions, time series forecasting, outlier detection
  • Good knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including gradient boosting algorithms, neural networks, clustering algorithms
  • Experience with natural language processing and large language models is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with API development and consumption is a bonus
  • Experience with infrastructure technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a bonus
  • Fluency in Norwegian is required
