This privacy policy explains how Deepinsight AS collects and processes your personal data on deepinsight.io. All references to "we" and "us" refer to Deepinsight AS.

Welcome to Deepinsight! Deepinsight AS is a private company that delivers software for better planning and capacity management to the specialist health service.

2. What information we collect

When signing up for newsletters, seminars, and other marketing activities

• Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and any information you provide yourself in the contact form.

• Information about activity, for example, which seminar you have registered for or competition you have participated in.

• Any other information that you have provided to us.

Recruitment

• Contact information, CV, application letter, certificates, references.

Website

• IP address

• Websites you have visited on www.deepinsight.io

• Device information - what device you visited our website on (PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)

• Time of visit and country you visited us from.

Recording and service development

• With your consent, we may make audio or video recordings in meetings to improve our services.

Trust Center – requests for security and compliance information

• Contact information such as name, email address, company/organisation, and job title.

3. Legal basis for processing

The information collected about you is used for the following purposes:

• Marketing of Deepinsight and our services

• Recruitment

• Statistics and analysis of visitors on www.deepinsight.io

• Answering requests for security and compliance documentation ("due diligence") sent via our Trust Center

When visiting our websites, or our Trust Center, we process personal data based on our legitimate interest in delivering information services to you and to adapt the content to your device (PC/mobile/tablet)

Collection of personal data and other information using cookies, such as our cookie banner on the website, and similar technology is based on your consent. The same applies to the collection and use of personal data for marketing and recruitment.

4. Retention period

The retention period depends on how you have been in contact with us:

• Recruitment: The information is stored for up to two years after the process in order to evaluate you for future positions, or until you withdraw your consent.

• We store correspondence and contact information for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and for up to one year after termination or until you possibly withdraw your consent.

• Information collected via cookies is stored for up to one year depending on the type of cookies in question.

Information may be retained longer if we are legally required to store it, for example, bookkeeping rules (up to 5 years).

5. Sharing of personal data with third parties

We only share personal data with:

• Subcontractors who deliver necessary services. These only get access to information that is necessary to complete the assignment they perform for us. The following subcontractors are used:

  • Framer (platform for the website)

  • Google ads (marketing)

  • Google analytics (statistics and analysis)

  • LinkedIn (marketing)

  • Meta (marketing)

  • Drata SafeBase (Trust Center)

• Public authorities if we are legally obligated.

We never sell personal data further.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Gain access to what information we process about you and why.

• Request correction or deletion of information.

• Withdraw consent.

• Request restriction of processing or object to processing.

• Request data portability.

7. Cookies

We use cookies on our websites to:

• Ensure that the site functions technically correctly.

• Understand how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics 4).

• Customize advertising through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser when you visit a website. You can control the use of cookies yourself through the settings in your browser, and you can delete stored cookies at any time.

We do not store sensitive personal data in cookies.

8. Complaints

If you believe our processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the information provided above or you believe we do not comply with data protection legislation, you can complain to us by sending an email to privacy@deepinsight.io.

If you are still not satisfied with our processing of personal data, the complaint can be forwarded to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

9. Changes to our privacy policy

Changes to our privacy policy will be made as needed. Any changes will be posted in this document. Where appropriate, we will notify you in writing.
