When signing up for newsletters, seminars, and other marketing activities

Information about activity, for example, which seminar you have registered for or competition you have participated in.

Recruitment
Contact information, CV, application letter, certificates, references.

Websites you have visited on www.deepinsight.io

Recording and service development
With your consent, we may make audio or video recordings in meetings to improve our services.

4. Retention period
The retention period depends on how you have been in contact with us:
Recruitment: The information is stored for up to two years after the process in order to evaluate you for future positions, or until you withdraw your consent.
We store correspondence and contact information for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and for up to one year after termination or until you possibly withdraw your consent.
Information collected via cookies is stored for up to one year depending on the type of cookies in question.
Information may be retained longer if we are legally required to store it, for example, bookkeeping rules (up to 5 years).
5. Sharing of personal data with third parties
We only share personal data with:
Subcontractors who deliver necessary services. These only get access to information that is necessary to complete the assignment they perform for us. The following subcontractors are used:
