Why do Deeps thrive at work?

At Deepinsight, we are incredibly proud of our eNPS score of 57—a clear sign that we truly thrive and take ownership of the environment we are building together. This is also reflected in the words that come up most often when employees describe our culture: inclusive, warm, and fun.

At Deepinsight, we aim to truly understand how our employees are doing and how they experience their everyday work life. That’s why we conduct an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey twice a year. It measures how likely employees are to recommend Deepinsight as a workplace to others, and provides us with an honest picture of well-being and engagement across the organization.

In our most recent survey, we achieved an eNPS score of 57, placing us in the excellent category. For comparison, any score above 50 is considered outstanding, while the average in many organizations lies between 10 and 30 (Questback / Staffbase).

This is a score we are truly proud of! The result confirms that we enjoy our work and feel a strong sense of ownership in the environment we create together.

A clear finding from the survey is how important a sense of belonging and insight is to us. Through weekly company updates (Friday Wave), All Hands meetings, and other regular communications, we ensure that everyone is included in the company’s direction, priorities, and progress. Many highlight that this creates both transparency and a strong sense of community—and makes it easier to see how each individual contributes to the bigger picture.

We also actively use measurements and feedback to understand how we are doing and what we can improve. Our culture is about celebrating what works just as much as being honest and decisive when something can be improved. Openness, short decision-making paths, and a safe space to speak up are fundamental pillars of how we work together.

The words most often used by employees to describe the culture at Deepinsight are: inclusive, warm, and fun. We care about one another, and the flexibility and freedom we offer make it possible to find balance across different life stages.

In the most recent employee survey, we scored 89 on psychosocial work environment and 93 on the perception of an inclusive and accepting culture. These results are based on employees’ assessments of various statements, answered on a scale from 0 to 10, with the average then converted into an overall score from 0 to 100.

The numbers clearly show that most employees experience a high level of well-being, psychological safety, and a strong sense of community at Deepinsight.

Learning and development are areas we continuously work to strengthen. Talented people want to grow, and we aim to support this by creating space for professional development, cross-team knowledge sharing, and everyday experimentation. At the same time, we are mindful of recruiting people who are a strong addition to our culture and who share our core values.
