When signing up for newsletters, seminars, and other marketing activities

  • Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and any information you provide in the contact form.

  • Information about activity, such as which seminar you registered for or competition you participated in.

  • Any other information you have provided to us.

Recruitment

  • Contact information, CV, cover letter, certificates, references.

Website

  • IP address

  • Pages you have visited on www.deepinsight.io

  • Device information – which device you used to visit our website (PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)

  • Time of visit and the country you visited us from.

Recordings and service development

  • With your consent, we may make audio or video recordings in meetings to improve our services.

The information collected about you is used for the following purposes:

  • Marketing of Deepinsight and our services

  • Recruitment

  • Statistics and analysis of visitors on www.deepinsight.io

Collection of personal data and other information through cookies, such as our cookie banner on the website, and similar technology is based on your consent. The same applies to the collection and use of personal data for marketing.

The retention period depends on how you have been in contact with us:

  • Recruitment: Data is stored for up to two years after the process in order to assess you for future positions, or until you withdraw your consent.

  • We store correspondence and contact information as long as the customer relationship lasts, and up to one year after termination, or until you withdraw your consent.

  • Data collected via cookies is stored for up to one year, depending on the type of cookies.

Information may be retained longer if we are legally required to keep it, for example under accounting rules (up to 5 years).


5. Sharing of personal data with third parties

We only share personal data with:

  • Subcontractors who deliver necessary services. They only have access to the information needed to complete the tasks they perform for us. The following subcontractors are used:

    • Framer (website platform)

    • Google Ads (marketing)

    • Google Analytics (statistics and analysis)

    • LinkedIn (marketing)

    • Meta (marketing)

  • Public authorities if we are legally obligated.

We never sell personal data.
