The jury particularly emphasizes Olav's  "ability to combine deep technical expertise with clear leadership and value-driven execution". Furthermore, he is described as "an energetic and charismatic leader with high integrity, extreme execution power, and a clear purpose. He has built a culture where over 50 employees feel responsibility, ownership, and motivation—and through his dedicated work, he inspires people at all levels, from developers and nurses to investors and politicians."
