Doing AI Right: Deepinsight’s AI Strategy

Artificial intelligence is reshaping all industries, healthcare included. Sometimes AI is implemented in ways that inspire, sometimes in ways that should make us pause. At Deepinsight, we’ve spent the past months reflecting deeply on how to engage with this technology responsibly: how to use AI without losing sight of what makes healthcare human. The result is our new AI Strategy, a living framework that guides how we build, work, and position ourselves in an uncertain and rapidly changing landscape.
AI is not our purpose, but a powerful tool to amplify it

Our mission remains unchanged: to serve healthcare with safety, trust, and respect for the people at its heart. The strategy defines how we embed AI into our products where it truly matters: to reduce friction, improve operations, and give hospital staff more time and presence for genuine care. Internally, it outlines how we utilize AI to support our people by enhancing creative capacity and reducing cognitive load, without compromising skills or well-being. And as a company, our AI strategy sets the tone for how we lead: responsibly, value-aligned, and always with human judgment in the loop. 


At the center of our thinking is the idea of resonance

Resonance, a concept drawn from the sociologist Hartmut Rosa, describes a relationship of mutual responsiveness and vitality: when people and the world answer each other meaningfully. In healthcare, resonance is the pulse of genuine care, the space where empathy, attentiveness, and dialogue can arise. AI, if designed well, can become a resonance-amplifier by removing routine burdens. In this way, clinicians and patients can meet each other more fully. If designed poorly, it risks becoming a new administrative burden, amplifying alienation and turning encounters into transactions. Our responsibility is to ensure the first, and guard against the second.


The opportunity and the obligation to do AI right

In a socioeconomic landscape where incentives often push toward shortcuts and the sacrifice of values, Deepinsight has both the opportunity and the obligation to do AI right. Others might not. For us, that means technology that builds trust and safety at every level of care, that strengthens human connection, and that contributes to better quality of care, not less. 

This strategy marks only the beginning of this work. It will evolve as AI evolves, as healthcare evolves, and as we continuously learn more. But the direction is set: to make AI a tool in our products for resonance, integrity, and genuinely better patient care.
